Yes. We do not store any bank, card, or JazzCash account details on our website. All payment confirmations are verified manually through our official WhatsApp number for your safety.
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.
Custom-stitched outfits made to your specific measurements are not eligible for return, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos/video of the product. Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process, and your issue will be resolved within 3 working days.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed via bank transfer or JazzCash within a few working days.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), MAR Closet covers the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
