Welcome to MAR Closet. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of marclosets.com, our WhatsApp ordering service, and any related services (collectively, the “Website”). By browsing our Website, placing an order, or contacting us to purchase our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Website.

1. About MAR Closet

MAR Closet is an online clothing brand offering stitched ladies’ outfits, including 2-piece and 3-piece suits, co-ord sets, kaftans, and seasonal lawn wear, with delivery across Pakistan. Orders can be placed through our Website or directly via WhatsApp/DM.

2. Use of the Website

By using this Website, you agree that you will:

Use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order (name, phone number, delivery address)
Not misuse, hack, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Website or its systems
Not use the Website to transmit any harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms.

3. Products & Pricing

All products displayed on our Website are subject to availability.
We make every effort to display product colors, prints, and details accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or fabric batch differences.
Prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order confirmation will apply.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product errors, even after an order has been placed, and will inform the customer before proceeding.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed through the Website checkout or via WhatsApp/DM at 0324-1253956.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and JazzCash as payment methods.
An order is considered confirmed once it has been acknowledged by our team (via order confirmation message/call or WhatsApp confirmation).
MAR Closet reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion — for example, in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any advance payment made will be refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation and typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or remote location factors, which are beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including but not limited to the MAR Closet name, logo, product photography, graphics, text, and design — is the property of MAR Closet and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. When communicating with us via WhatsApp, DM, or through the Website, you agree not to send any content that is abusive, offensive, unlawful, or infringes on the rights of others. MAR Closet reserves the right to end communication or decline service in such cases.
