📦 Order Processing
- All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2 working days of order confirmation.
- Once dispatched, you will be notified with your order and tracking details via WhatsApp/SMS.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing the next working day.
🚚 Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your city.
- Delivery to remote or far-flung areas may take slightly longer.
- We deliver nationwide, all over Pakistan 🇵🇰.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan — no advance payment required.
- Bank Transfer and JazzCash are also accepted for customers who prefer to pay online in advance.
- Please keep your phone reachable, as our rider or courier partner may call before delivery.
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
- We offer a 7-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags/packaging intact to be eligible for return or exchange.
- Stitched/customized outfits made specifically to your given measurements are not eligible for return, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Sale/discounted items are eligible for exchange only, not refund, unless defective.
⚠️ Important — Reporting an Issue
If there is any problem with your order (wrong item, damaged product, missing piece, size issue, etc.), you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel by messaging us on WhatsApp with your order details and photos/video of the product.
- Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (unboxing video is recommended for quick resolution).
- Once reported, our team will guide you through the return/exchange process, and it will be resolved within 3 working days of you contacting us.
- Returns or complaints made after 24 hours of delivery, or outside the 7-day window, unfortunately cannot be accepted.
How to Request a Return/Exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp at 0324-1253956 within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Share your order number, reason for return, and clear photos/video of the product.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share pickup/return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer or JazzCash within a few working days of the item passing inspection.
- Original delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
- Return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns is borne by the customer; for wrong or defective items, MAR Closet covers the return shipping cost.
